Who are you?
We are a lesbian couple in our 30s, both with a long history of involvement with evangelical Christianity. Sarah attended church with some neighbours from the age of three, and was baptised at age eight. Rachel became a Christian in her teens, and was baptised at 23.
Our journeys around LGB Christian organisations have given us a deep respect for and interest in other branches of Christianity, and we thank God for putting so many Christians from different denominations in our lives. We are now active members of our local Methodist church.
Sarah has worked for several Christian organisations, and is the author of published Lent guides and articles for the church press. Rachel previously worked for an Anglo-Catholic church, and is currently a clinical psychologist in the NHS.
